Welcome to the T12 Program; a 12-week transformation experience designed for men and women over 40 who want their health, body and performance to match their ambition.
Designed to fit around your busy lifestyle, we will push you to your limits to achieve the maximum possible results that you can sustain.
What’s included?
Complete guidance on what to do and how to do it to hit your personal goals. Our program is personalised to each client with clear video instruction on technique and tempo.
Tailored training plan
This is the most important structured element of the program. The nutrition plan has been designed in a way that helps to burn fat, improve energy levels and maintain maximum muscle. There are plans available for all dietary needs.
Personalised nutrition plan
When you know someone is watching, we all step our game up. Every week we will be checking in to discuss your performance. Every client is given a list of weekly goals to hit and depending on how well you do, it will affect the week ahead.
Accountability
The option to add-on one face-to-face personal training session per week. In these sessions we will push you to new heights that you didn’t know you could achieve and focus on progress and technique.
Add-on: 1-1 Personal Training
The option to have your food prepped and delivered to your house. These will be tailored to your daily allowance through one of our chosen partners.
Add-on: Meal Prep
To celebrate your success and capture the fantastic work you completed you can add on the photoshoot experience. This includes specific photoshoot protocol training to get you in perfect shape on the day.
