What’s included

12 week program
Complete guidance on what to do and how to do it to hit your personal goals. Our program is personalised to each client with clear video instruction on technique and tempo.

Nutrition Plan
You will be given a personalised nutrition plan that is easy to follow and you can enjoy. This is one of the most important focus areas to get maximum results.

Weekly Check In
We will be checking in with you once per week to make sure you’re on track and review your progress. You will receive whatever support you need to succeed.

Add on 1:1 Personal Training
The option too add on 1 personal training session per week.

Add on - Meal Prep
The option to have your food prepped and delivered to your house. These will be tailored to your daily allowance through one of our chosen partners.

Add on - Photoshoot
To celebrate your success and capture the fantastic work you completed you can add on the photoshoot experience. This includes specific photoshoot protocol training to get you in perfect shape on the day.
